How customization works

Every 7 Brew drink is a base plus flavors. The base sets the caffeine and texture (espresso with breve or milk, cold brew, 7 Energy, 7 Fizz, lemonade, tea, smoothie or shake), and the flavors are syrups and sauces added by the pump. 7 Brew’s own menu lists six ways to change a drink: add a shot, pick a flavor, adjust the sweetness, swap the milk, add a topping and add a drizzle.

Flavors used on the 7 Brew menu

These are the flavors that appear in the official drinks on this site. Most stands carry many more fruit flavors for energy drinks, sodas and lemonades.

Flavor familyFlavors seen on the menu
Classic coffeeVanilla, caramel, salted caramel, hazelnut, Irish cream, white chocolate, dark chocolate
BakeryBrown sugar cinnamon, cupcake, toasted marshmallow, banana, sugar cookie, honey
FruitStrawberry, raspberry, blue raspberry, peach, cherry, watermelon, mango, pineapple, blackberry, pomegranate, orange, lime, lemon, guava, passion fruit, green apple
OtherCoconut, lavender, almond, macadamia, pumpkin (seasonal)

Sugar-free syrups

Many core flavors, including vanilla, caramel, hazelnut and white chocolate, come in sugar-free versions, and 7 Brew publishes sugar-free nutrition for most of its coffees. Ask for “sugar-free” before the flavor name. See the sugar-free menu for the numbers.

Sweetness levels

You can ask for quarter sweet, half sweet, regular or extra sweet. Half sweet roughly halves the syrup, which in a medium saves about 40 calories and 10 grams of sugar by our estimate.

Milk options

Breve (half and half) is the standard for the 7 Originals and whole milk for lattes. You can swap to skim, oat, almond or coconut milk. Some stands charge for plant milks.

Toppings and drizzles

  • Cold foam: a sweet, airy foam for iced drinks, about 70 calories.
  • Whipped cream: standard on shakes and some seasonal drinks, about 80 calories.
  • Drizzle: caramel, white chocolate or dark chocolate, about 40 calories.
  • Cream float: a splash of cream on a 7 Fizz.
