7 Brew Allergen and Dietary Guide

A practical guide to ordering around allergies and diets at 7 Brew. It is not medical advice, and stands share equipment, so always tell your Brewista.

Updated · Independent guide · How we check facts

Important: 7 Brew stands prepare many drinks with shared blenders, pitchers and scoops, so cross-contact is possible. 7 Brew publishes calorie, sugar and caffeine figures, but this site cannot confirm allergen details for your stand. If you have a serious allergy, speak to the Brewista before ordering and check 7brew.com.

Dairy

Breve (half and half) and milk are in most coffee drinks, shakes use ice cream, and cold foam and whipped cream are dairy. For a dairy-free order:

  • Ask for oat, almond or coconut milk instead of breve or milk.
  • Skip cold foam, whipped cream and cream floats.
  • Choose drinks that are dairy-free by default: 7 Energy, 7 Fizz (without cream), lemonades, Americanos and cold brew.
  • Some sauces, like white chocolate, may contain dairy. Ask your Brewista.

Tree nuts and peanuts

Almond milk and macadamia, hazelnut and almond flavors appear on the menu. Most flavor syrups are artificially or naturally flavored rather than made from nuts, but cross-contact with almond milk is possible. Ask the stand and avoid almond milk drinks if you are allergic.

Coconut

Coconut milk and coconut flavor are used in drinks like Ocean Breeze, Pink Mermaid and the German Chocolate Mocha.

Vegan orders

Order an Americano, cold brew, 7 Energy, 7 Fizz without cream or a lemonade, or any latte with a plant milk and no foam or whipped cream. Confirm that the syrups and sauces you choose are dairy-free.

Keto and low sugar

  • Americano or cold brew with sugar-free syrup and a splash of half and half.
  • Sugar-free 7 Energy, which 7 Brew lists at 0 to 10 calories.
  • Avoid regular syrups, drizzles, shakes and smoothies.

See the sugar-free menu and the nutrition calculator.

Caffeine sensitivity and pregnancy

A small or medium espresso drink has about 120 mg of caffeine and a large about 240 mg. If you need to limit caffeine, choose a kids or small size, or a caffeine-free drink, and ask your doctor about your daily limit.
